About Hardcoded HDrip of Tarzan and its issues : why i am not doing it

A few hours ago a source came out for the Tarzan
Its a HD version with hardcoded chinese subs , but the source has huge stuttering all along so i have decided not to waste my time and your bandwidth on it.
